The Japa Retreat is a sacred offering designed to deepen one’s relationship with Śrī Kṛṣṇa through the intimate, meditative practice of chanting His Holy Names. Rooted in the Bhakti tradition guided by the teachings of Śrīla Prabhupāda, this retreat is an invitation to move from mechanical repetition to heartfelt chanting, from distraction to divine absorption. 

Facilitated by HG Madana Gopal Das initiated by HH Satsvarupa Dasa Gosvami in March 1999. He serves as one of the faculty members at the GBC College. He is one of the temple directors of ISKCON Parsippany and the co-director for ISKCON Communications for North America. He also serves as the Zonal Supervisor for several ISKCON temples in the Northeast region of the US. Under direct order of his spiritual master in 2022, he has accepted the service of diksha guru.
